  • PREORDERS
    🌸 For preorders, please refer to the home page for the countdown on when they close! Once preorders close, I will have things manufactured to the amount of demand, therefore there will be a time frame before I receive the physical products in order to ship to you. 🌸 Expect AT LEAST a month's wait! 🌸 Any items bought in the same transaction will be shipped together after the preorder products arrive! 🌸 If you wish to have in stock products sooner than the preorders, please make a separate order or make note that you wish to have in stock products mailed immediately at the cart. 🌸 PLEASE NOTE that if you make 2 separate orders, you will be charged twice for shipping!
  • DUTIES AND TAXES
    🌸 When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. 🌸 Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. 🌸 Sunrise Sakura does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. 🌸 The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Canada), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    🌸 Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks, but may take longer depending on demand. 🌸 You will get an email confirmation when your order has been sent. 🌸 Keep up with our social media to get regular updates on order statuses!
  • EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS
    🌸 We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds so please choose carefully before placing your order.
  • WHY ARE SHIPPING COSTS HIGH?
    🌸 Orders are shipped from Canada. The postage price includes tracking to ensure packages can be traced.
  • I CAN'T FIND THE TRACKING LINK ON MY ORDER
    🌸 Please contact us with your order number and we can provide the details!
  • MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED
    🌸 Please send a photo of the damaged product as well as your order number and we will arrange an alternative!
